15 Hilarious Voice Acting Fails In Video Games

15. Last Alert

Last Alert was a perfectly decent top-down shooter released at the end of the 80s. It was fast-paced, violent, and looked great for the time. The fact that a game made in 1989 even featured proper-ish voice acting was actually pretty impressive, but unfortunately the terrible delivery of the dialogue didn't make the strongest case that voice-acting was indeed the future of the industry.

The voices almost sound like three people desperately trying to make each boss sound distinct, resulting in some of the most bizarre voices you've ever heard. Listen out for their take on Simpsons' Barney Gumble at 0:06, the redneck at 1:45, and Mr. Lee at 2:11 who is, well, very, very Chinese from the sound of things.
