13. Rise Of The Tomb Raider
With Uncharted 4 being pushed back to next year, 2015's cave-plundering itch is sure to be scratched by the original 'Raider herself; showing Lara getting her first sequel in the reimagined canon Crystal Dynamics first kicked off back in 2013. This new Lara is a more athletic, less sexed-up or balloon-chested version - and one that with Rise of the Tomb Raider appears to be delving into the whole "Why do you do what you do?" aspect of the character. Whether or not that's something fans want or need to hear is another story, but considering how fantastically put together the last instalment was (essentially taking Uncharted's game engine and adding a brilliant system of progression, satisfying melee attacks and experimental approaches to combat) it should be a worthwhile entry in the series. So far Microsoft have the exclusivity rights all sewn up, as although they were set to yield and let PS4 owners accompany Ms. Croft on her adventures too at some point, industry rumours point more to the them coughing up the dough to make sure Lara stays in the green camp instead. Time will tell, but what's been shown so far does look to be more of the same, a perfect followup for the new-age Tomb Raider.
