Have you seen what Call of Duty is now? With a new look for the main instalments completely embroiled in futuristic tech, classes that specialise in genre-bending weapons like a bow and arrow and level designs that everybody knows inside out, Black Ops 3 looks to be the instalment that - like this year's Assassin's Creed - is just one too many. That said, it's made this list precisely because of that. Fans who've stuck with the franchise all these years are eager to see if the new coat of polish has changed anything fundamental to the game, naysayers are wondering if they should actually give this one a shot being it's so different to the regular 'look' of past instalments (save for Advanced Warfare), and all-round it'll be very interesting to see if once again the story holds up more than the action, being Black Ops' past main threads have been very progressive and memorable.
