10. Mario Maker
Nintendo are in increasingly strange scenarios when it comes to both business and creativity. Their showing at E3 was a bit of a disaster, all but reaffirming stringent PlayStation or Xbox fans that the Wii's success was always a flash-in-the-pan gimmick, especially when given the spotlight they couldn't find a way to make the Wii U look remotely interesting - save for a couple of titles, one being this all-you-can-platform, Mario Maker. Being exactly what it says on the tin, MM is simply Nintendo handing over the reigns to their most popular and financially successful character over to you - the overarching sentiment being "We don't know how to keep the little guy fresh, so you do it!". However, that's not a bad thing by any means. Mario Maker will give you access to a huge amount of game engines and the tools to remix and shakeup the core foundations within. You can make levels harder than anything that's ever bore the name before, share them online, give newer power-ups to older games and much more - it's a total Nintendo fan's paradise.
