Arkane

If done well, Prey will be the next Bioshock. Developed by the geniuses behind Dishonored, Arkane took over the property from 3D Realms, following the substantial 2006 success of the original Prey, that somehow didn't result in a sequel.

Now all we know is that this complete reboot is a spiritual successor, seeing protagonist Morgan Yu awake in a utopian cityscape where - say it with me - all is not what it seems. Thankfully, Arkane specialise in physics-based tomfoolery, and have already wowed many with footage of the 'GLOO Gun'; a weapon that lets you create stairways and pathways by firing globules of goop everywhere.

On top of that you'll gain access to a number of powers - one being a corporeal mimicking power that lets you change into literally anything. Early footage saw Yu transmutate into a coffee cup to roll under a small gap, accessing the secret area behind - something that if you've played Dishonored, you'll know as a style of 'experimental progression' that's incredibly rewarding.
