Could you imagine... Both Vince McMahon and Dana White have openly called for their respective products not to be classed as rivals. This is in the face of every WWE fan, of a certain age at least, viewing them as one in the same. Vince says he listens to the fans? Well this is one area where he definitely doesn't. The comparisons between the two are obvious and would this have been the Attitude Era it would have been a certainty that a couple of UFC guys would appear on WWE programming. Ken Shamrock and Dan 'The Beast' Severen were two that actually did. How cool would be be to have an organic invasion type story mode, with several of the biggest UFC names in the world coming into the virtual reality universe of WWE 2K16 and batting with the best in the WWE today. New championships could be crated while the octagon could also be brought into the game. Can't help but feel this is more than slightly fanciful thinking though.
