15 Severely Underrated Xbox 360 Games That Deserve A Second Chance
3. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2
After a much loathed hiatus Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon will be returning to consoles very soon, bringing with it the series' famed tactical credentials as well. Whilst the original Advanced Warfighter garnered magnificent praise upon its 2006 Xbox debut, its sequel failed to ignite the same positive fervour despite improving upon practically every element its predecessor had. This largely came at the expense of Call of Duty's explosive Modern Warfare debut in the same year, despite Advanced Warfighter providing a more than viable alternative to the arcade FPS. The 'legacy' edition packs more bang for your buck than any title today will, as it comes complete with a plethora of add-ons - with co-op missions by the dozen being the key highlight. GRAW 2 is simply marvellous to play with friends who know what they're doing, and though the campaign isn't an unenjoyable experience by any means, the online component dwarfs it spectacularly. Would-be Ghosts get to customise every last detail of their loadout, from their weaponry to the camouflage they enter combat with. It's an extremely authentic experience, and one that has been underappreciated for far too long.
