Instead, the U.S. Air Force got in on the action, connecting 1760 units into a gigantic processing powerhouse called the 'Condor Cluster'. It was the 33rd largest supercomputer in the world of 2010, capable of processing billions of pixels a second, thereby being the fastest computer in the ENTIRE US Defense Department for that time.
