2. Burke Can Die!?
Depending on the decisions you've made earlier in the game, it's actually possible for Liam Burke to die in the final live-action episode. Basically, to get this scene, you need to have Serene surrender to the Chronon Syndrome in the previous junction point.
Then, after Hatch (Lance Reddick) shows up to stop Charlie, Emily and Liam's plan to save the day, Hatch shoots Liam twice, and after Emily herself kills Hatch with a bullet to the head, Liam succumbs to his wounds and dies in his lover's arms.
It's genuinely surprising because the ruggedly handsome bada** just seemed like the sort of bulletproof, invincible would-be protagonist who would definitely survive for any potential sequel. Instead, depending upon your choices, he can be written out (short of a sequel being made where Remedy decide on a "canonical" series of events, which would be super lame).
Alternatively, if you opt to have Serene maintain control, Charlie ends up getting shot in the head by Hatch, and Liam brutally stabs Hatch in the face, which is much, much cooler.
