20 Best NES Games Of All Time
16. Kirby's Adventure
Kirby's Adventure is one of the few NES games that you can actually play through pretty comfortably. It was designed to be an entry-level platformer at the time, but by making the title easy in comparison to other NES games they created a platformer that's just right by today's standards.
Kirby's Adventure is just a fun time that avoids the trap of being so easy that it's mind-numbing which is something that many Kirby games fall into.
Kirby's Adventure also feels like the first "real" Kirby title. Kirby's Dream Land whilst great feels like Diet Kirby because it lacks the copy ability and is just so short. Kirby's Adventure is much longer, mini-games are in the game which is something that's now a staple for the series, and copy abilities are present.
Talking about copy abilities, Kirby's Adventure has some great ones like Wheel, Cutter, and the best of the bunch, UFO.
Oh, and this might just be the best looking game on the console due to the title coming out so late in the lifespan of the NES. It came out three years after the release of the SNES.
