18. The Locker (Silent Hill)

Some of the imagery in Silent Hill can really stick with you, and some of the more subtle moments tend to be the most memorable. In the original Silent Hill, a rattling locker can be found early on, a locker that when opened reveals nothing but a terrified cat scrambling for freedom.

Later in the dark world, the same locker can be found in the exact same place, rattling uncontrollably. When opened, blood will pour from inside, followed by nothing but silence.
