20 Most Overrated Pokémon In History
15. Hydreigon
Before Generation six, Dragon types were always attractive due to a relatively low number of weaknesses against other types. With the introduction of the Fairy type, however, this has suddenly become less of a dead cert.
Pure Dragon types can still mitigate this somewhat, but many of the dual types aren't so lucky. Hydreigon is one such example, adding a Dark type to the Dragon's popular formula. To all intents and purposes it's still a Dragon, boasting the same base stats as many others, but there's just something frustrating about it.
Firstly, it's a disaster to try to raise one since you won't reach the final evolution until a whopping level 64. Couple this with the Dragon's typically slow growth, and you have a big task ahead of you. Its HP is also poorer than usual for this type; a result of the boosted Speed and Special Attack of a Dark type. Hydreigon will never be the powerhouse that several other Dragons can be.
