20 Most Offensive Video Games Of All Time

10. Edmund

Edmund, about a man who confronts a rapist to surprising results, seems to have its heart in the right place. Unlike the last several entries, this one doesn't seek to glorify or diminish assault. But even just a few short years after Super Columbine Massacre RPG!, this one's retro gaming style seems oddly out of place. Maybe it's because SCMRPG felt more deliberate while Edmund's light platforming gameplay just feels dissonant from its story and themes. Still, it's worth a playthrough, even if just for the effectively moody scenery and depressing tone. It's what TVTropes would call a "crapsack" world. And hey, speaking of crapsacks...
