Much more befitting of a digital recreation is Espanyol's RCDE Stadium. Locally known as the Estadi Cornellà-El Prat, the 40,000 seater is one of the nicer-looking stadia in Spain's top flight outside of the usual suspects. It only opened in 2009, so perhaps that's why it has such a fresh look.

Here's something to think about: Espanyol, despite hailing from the prosperous football region of Barcelona, have never won the Spanish top title. There's an objective some keen lovers of the country's game can smash before too long.

Signing Messi would also be one hell of a long-term goal.
