Verdict: Bundle a game with the console that everyone wants to get their hands on and see what happens. If you've ever played a Wii, there's a good chance you've played this game, which features five motion-controlled sports games: tennis, baseball, bowling, golf, and boxing.

While Wii Play felt like a rudimentary demo, Wii Sports is much more successful in its own right: the mechanics of each game are well-honed, and playing against a buddy or two is both fun and addictive.
