25 Best Selling Video Games Of All Time - Ranked

19. Wii Sports Resort

Sales: 32.8 million (#8)

Verdict: Essentially an advertisement for the Wii MotionPlus (which came bundled with the game), Wii Sports Resort features twelve mini-games including the new likes of swordplay, wakeboarding, canoeing and cycling.

Indeed, Resort features a ton more content than the original game as well as shinier visuals, even though the whole MotionPlus addition felt like a blatant cash-grab by Nintendo at the time. It's a shame that boxing didn't make the cut this time, but the sheer wealth of gameplay available makes it tough to complain too much, especially as the ever-brilliant bowling is back once again.

It's hardly a vital Wii title, but if you missed out on the original Wii Sports, it pretty much feels like how the original game would've played if it met its full potential.
