3 Alternative Endings For Assassin's Creed 3

2. A Choice

What has been this gaming series' most valuable moral? That we should have the freedom to choose our own path, right? After scouring through the internet, this option seems to be the most talked about of them all.

Basically, Ubisoft should have gave the player the choice of what Desmond should have done. So, with the two ancient Gods bickering over what Desmond should do, he finally steps in and makes his decision. It was a choice between the end of the world, then starting anew, or keeping the world the way it was, but having it enslaved by Juno. He chose the latter (the Templar option. Well played Ubi). I know it would cease the end of future present-day AC games, but come on! How long is this present-day thing going to go on for? Give the player the choice of what Desmond would do, and end the series the way it wants it to. Finish the present day there. No more worrying about Gods, just playing as an assassin Batman or something in WWII.
