30 Awesome Reasons To Stay Alive In 2015

27. The Order: 1886 (February 20)

The first major video game release of 2015 comes in the form of Sony's next hopeful new IP, a third-person action adventure game set in an alternate era Victorian England. There's certainly been plenty of controversy about the game's technical issues in press previews, though given how much time has passed since these earlier reports about bugs came to light, it's entirely possible that Ready at Dawn will have everything ironed out by 2 months from now. With a refreshing focus on single-player (there's no multiplayer of any kind) and impressively seamless, slick visuals, if The Order is a hit, it will instantly become a hot new property for Sony and kick-start their first major franchise in quite some time. The murmurings of developmental issues should definitely prevent gamers from pre-ordering, but if the reviews are strong for this one, it just might be the PS4's answer to Gears of War.
