3. The Umbrella Corporation Resident Evil
The Umbrella Corporation has had quite a few CEOs during its lifespan in the resident evil series, and then you need to note that each separate division within the company also had a separate leader, yet nearly every last one of these figures gazed down upon their staff with baleful eyes and would happily inflict untold horrors upon them for the greater good. Well we say the greater good, but in truth the atrocities committed by the company where usually down to either incompetence or a desire for monetary gain, some of which left surviving staff members suicidal or insane with guilt. Working for Umbrella has a lot of bonuses. Employing only the smartest of individuals, the company gives its staff the opportunity to become millionaires if theyre good enough at their job and have no trouble keeping their mouths shut. Unfortunately though, the majority of Umbrella employees end up either being experimented on or accidentally murdered by their own test subjects, both of which result in a grotesque transformation into an inhuman creature with overpowering carnivorous cravings. Or being eaten alive, which is equally unpleasant. Also, if you happen to be one of those weirdos with morals, you might find yourself feeling rather unpleasant when one of your experiments results in the gruesome deaths of millions of people. In short there are lots of reasons youd want to avoid working for Umbrella, but at least its the sort of job where youd die relatively quickly when something went wrong; a mercy not granted from our top two bosses. Plus its always nice to have free health insurance.
