7 Essentials Still Missing From Red Dead Online

Rockstar has slowly but surely been adding a multitude of legendary targets into the game.

From bounties to animals, there are plenty of legendary missions to tackle already. However, one notable absence from the group is legendary fish.

These rare fish are already possible to catch in the main game but failed to make the transition over to online along with the other animal counterparts.

This is possibly due to Rockstar's approach to online legendary creatures. Instead of being able to hunt all of them in the wild, a large chunk are locked behind missions given by an NPC. However, a fair few of the legendary animals have to be found during the naturalist missions as some can be spotted roaming about.

Fishing had already been a large hobby in the game as, before Rockstar nerfed payouts, it was one of the best ways to make money. Giving those die-hard followers an extra challenge would please those that were there from the beginning.
