"The Empty Man" sees you help the Vicar reach the enlightenment he so desperately desires, and will lead you all over the galaxy and even into his own mind when you join him on a vision quest aka him huffing some unknown chemicals.
In fact, it's these chemicals that play a part in his super perk "Tuned In" which increase the effects of drugs by 50%, and when you consider that the effects of these drugs make you more accurate in combat and more resilient to damage, that's well worth the Vicars almighty comedown!
