7. Mr Resetti (Animal Crossing)
Resetti, objectively speaking, isn't really such a bad guy. He appears in the Animal Crossing series and will show up anytime you turn off the game without saving first. He is there to remind you that you should always save the game before you leave. But does he really have to be such a dick about it? You see, Resetti enjoys chewing you out for not saving and the more you quit, the harsher he gets. He starts calling you 'punk' and accusing you of cheating, and sometimes, you have to repeat what he says back to him so that he knows you understand - it's like being told off by a teacher back at school. He's also available as an Assist Trophy in Super Smash Bros. Brawl where is only task is to block the screen with his inane ramblings. It makes fighting exceptionally difficult and what's worse is that he stays on screen for a really long time, which only increases the frustration. Even in a game where he only occasionally shows up, he's still the biggest jerk you can come across.
