8 Things EA's UFC 4 Must Do Better Than UFC 3

6. Record New Commentary

It’s well known that Joe Rogan loathes voice-over work, but it's insane to think they really couldn’t get him back for just a couple more lines between UFC 2 and 3. Jon Anik's new input was welcome, but it doesn't take long for his dry delivery to wear thin.

There’s a paltry amount of material to find in UFC 3's soundscape and to top it off, it's also riddled with bugs.

The sight of a highlight reel jumping switch kick being hailed as a devastating uppercut is a common sight, and hearing fighters labeled the wrong nickname is something you would expect ironed out at the alpha stage of a game.

With all the buzzing commentators in the business today, there is a plethora of new material waiting to be recorded. Former fighters who have carved out their own voice on the mic such as Michael Bisping, Daniel Cormier, and Dominic Cruz would be much more appreciated than hearing Rogan feign excitement for the hundredth knockout.

Some new voice-over work in UFC 4 would keep the fights feeling fresher for longer, and allow players to enjoy some new banter while grinding opponents into a cage wall.
