2. All Of Death Stranding's Cameos
I know it seems like a bit of a cop out to put EVERY single cameo in Death Stranding on this entry, but seriously, this game had so many of them it might be easier to list who DIDN'T get some screen time!
Junji Ito, Conan O'Brien, Sam Lake, Edgar Wright, it's enough to make your head spin, and each would be enough to make you shake your head in disbelief in a game almost purpose-built to give you neck ache of the same order. It's so jarring to see these real world celebrities pop up in front of you and even stranger when they offer bizarre in game advice, or mention something so off the wall it feels like the very room you're in is coming down.
It's a testament to Hideo Kojima's directorial weight that he could pull so many big names in for what amounts to "a bit of a giggle", and nothing will be as strange as seeing legendary talk show host Conan praise the wonder of Otter hats.
