8 Video Games That Cut Truly Terrifying Enemies
1. ADAM Anomaly - Bioshock
After working at Whatculture for many years and thinking we had our own Adam anomaly seeing as we seem to hire so many people with that name, Bioshock came along and reminded us that showcased how we hadn't seen anything yet.
While Rapture is chock full of over-the-top and thoroughly insane enemies, it seemed that if the team had more time on the project that even those few dark and damp recesses would have been filled with horror, as the ADAM Anomaly proves. This being appeared to be the remains of a Big Daddy corpse (The helmet in the middle) so riddled with the titular slug juice that it's now pouring out from the host in arcs of wild electricity, drawing in random objects to form a new body comprised of junk.
There's something truly horrifying about seeing a dead body at the centre of a mass of electrical goods, and it's made even eerier when you spy that single unblinking eye at the top. Well, that and it also seems to be wielding a bloody rivet gun!
We've enough things to worry about down here aside from the furniture coming to life, so in many ways, we're glad that this was cut!
