3. NOT Punching The Reporter - The Mass Effect Trilogy

Being a hero is never going to be an easy job. From the constant threat of global anihilation at the hands of the titles big bad, to the underdog story that is your day to day life, it's often an uphill slog for the protagonist at the best of times, and this is an experience made all the worse if someone is constantly trying to trip you up as you struggle onward.

That person, in the Mass Effect original trilogy at least, is Khalisah al-Jilani, a reporter for Westerlund News that always seems to catch Commander Shepard at the worst possible times, and usually with the intent of getting right under their skin.

With her scathing comments and sheer arrogance, it's very tempting to cuss up a storm or if you're feeling like an utter psycopath you can indeed, and I can't believe this is an option, knock her out in each of the three games.

Interview over, indeed.

However as you might expect this bites you in the ass a fair bit when it comes to your public standing, and so if you show restraint and not how brilliant your left hook is and answer calmly, you'll actually see something even more shocking than her body laid out on the floor.

She actually comes round to your way of thinking and even encourages her viewers to support the war campaign! Nice.
