Game: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 This is one of the most controversial moments in any video game, and with good reason. During a mission in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's campaign, you're placed in the shoes of an undercover CIA agent that's attempting to infiltrate a Russian terrorist cell. More specifically, while the terrorists are gunning down an entire airport's worth of civilians. It's possible to just walk through the level without shooting any innocents (or just skip the entire level altogether.) Still, when you're holding a controller with triggers, it's not easy to just sit there without pushing the buttons in front of you.
