All The Overwatch Anniversary 2018 Skins: Ranked From Worst To Best
5. Magician Symmetra
Symmetra came out of last year's Anniversary event with the best skin on offer and she's almost done it again here. Blizzard have worked hard to give her amazing skins ever since - Halloween's 'Dragon' is top tier, for instance. 'Magician' perhaps doesn't quite reach those heights, but it's an amazing skin nonetheless.
The usually incredibly serious Symmetra looks oddly jovial here, but it works - everything from the top hat and bow tie to the rabbit ear motif. One can't help but wonder if this skin would've suited D.Va better, but Symmetra's abilities really help sell the skin. That is most obvious in her arm, which looks fantastic as a blue, starry construct of light. It's awesome.
This is another skin from this set that seems to riff off a pop culture reference - namely the DC comics character Zatanna and the two do look incredibly similar in this instance. Either way, Symmetra pulls off the look well and it's nice to have a more light-hearted skin for one of Overwatch's most serious characters. It's also coming just in time for the character's huge rework, which looks set to change her completely.
