All The Overwatch Anniversary 2018 Skins: Ranked From Worst To Best

Well this is surprising. Aside from Orisa, who received a lore-based skin as part of the Uprising event last year, no post-launch hero has received a new legendary from an event this quickly. Moira was released in November and only got her first event legendary in April! Luckily, Brigitte's 'Shieldmaiden' looks amazing.

Really, 'Shieldmaiden' is how everyone imagines Brigitte to look anyway. The skin has a heavy Nordic theme, with runes lining her belt and her fur-trimmed coat. She even has a bear's head mounted on her shoulder, which makes you wonder if the skin is actually a Goldilocks reference. Brigitte's equipment gets a very nice upgrade as well - her flail looks beautiful in this skin, with an intricate design, and the shield is perhaps the best of the bunch, with a glossy wood and metal mix.

The fact that Brigitte has this skin so soon probably means she won't be getting another for quite some time, although Blizzard have been anything but predictable with their skin distribution. Still, it's a great skin that fits her so well it could've easily been one of her base legendaries.
