Presented by Russel Kane with a few ejaculation jokes that left the audience in fits of er, silence. This award is for an umbrella of achievements, not just the best gameplay, art or concept but all of the above and a wee bit more too! The Nominations XCOM: Enemy Unkown The Walking Dead Dishonored Journey Far Cry 3 Borderlands 2 Winner Journey Journey's third award and at this stage the creators of Journey are running out of people to thank, and quite frankly I'm running out of things to say about the game. Other than it is quite clearly fantastic, and needs to be checked out! This was also the first nomination from the 80's Sci-Fi reboot, XCOM which personally I thought would be taking the award home.
