Batman Arkham: Court Of Owls - 10 Villains That MUST Appear
7. Two Face
Two Face has been a little tepid so far, but he probably deserves one more chance. He’s totally absent in Asylum and hasn’t turned into Two Face when Origins is set. That only gives him two games to make his mark, and those appearances have been the definition of hit and miss.
In Arkham City, his kidnapping of Catwoman is cinematic, engaging and raises the stakes perfectly while providing a natural segue for Catwoman to get some screen time. In Arkham Knight, he robs banks. When all the other super villains are wreaking absolute havoc in Gotham, Two Face’s plan is dull, small fry and isn’t even that fun to play. Must do better, Two Face. Must do better.
Interestingly, Easter Eggs in Asylum reveal that he had already turned into Two Face before the events of that long night, so there’s space for Court Of Owls to deal with his origin.
By showing him coming to terms with the split personality, still trying to come back from the brink, or even just making his coin flip motif a more meaningful part of his story, there’s a lot of ways WB Montreal could bring the best out of Two Face.
