Batman Arkham Knight: 10 Storylines It Needs To Adapt
5. A Death In The Family
For some reason, and despite obvious potential, replacement Robin Jason Todd never really took off with fans, possibly at least partly because he was first introduced as trying to put the Batmobile up on blocks and steal the tires--the ultimate 1980s street crime. At the time, fans yearned for something a little more status quo, so when DC decided to pull a little stunt. If fans wanted to get rid of Todd, they could call an 800 number and vote for him to die... if they wanted him to live there was another number to call. The number that received the most calls would determine his fate in "A Death In The Family". The rest is history and Todd bit the big one, after the Joker discovers that he is Robin, but it is the manner of his death that makes this a good choice for game adaptation. This one in particular would probably work best as a post-release expansion since some of the events would take place outside of Gotham, but it would definitely be the best option.
