Batman Arkham Reboot: 10 Villains Who MUST Appear

Maxie Zeus is one of Batman's most delusional villains ever. He's a completely mortal man, but he believes himself to be the ancient Greek god Zeus. He has a very high opinion of himself, and looks down on everyone else. He is functionally a mob boss, but everything he does is to serve his deluded grander purpose.

He was featured in a character bio in Arkham Asylum like many other unseen villains. However, unlike many of the others, the references to him didn't stop there. One of the most prominent buildings on the entire map in Arkham City is the Gotham City Olympus nightclub, a building owned by and themed around the villain.

After being hinted at repeatedly, veteran fans of the series would love to actually see Maxie Zeus appear in a game. His strange personality and aesthetic would make for a very interesting mission, as it would probably lean heavily into the Greek mythology theme. Perhaps there could even be multiple small boss fights in the mission, each based on a different mythological figure.

He is a very unique character, and the inclusion of a character like him would be unprecedented for the series. He'd be one of the most distinct and memorable villains Batman has fought so far.
