5. OG Loc (GTA: San Andreas)
Easily one of the funniest characters in the GTA franchise, OG Loc is a wannabe gangster who, instead of going to college as Sweet Johnson recommended, was dead-set on becoming a gangster, even getting himself thrown in jail numerous times for petty crime in order to build his street cred. Loc hates going by his real name, Jeffrey, and chides CJ for it near the start of the game. There is also an implication that he is a closeted homosexual, as he murders Freddy, a man who claims he had a consensual sexual relationship with Loc. When his parole officer forces him to become a janitor at Burger Shot, he tries his hand at becoming a rapper, and despite his horrible vocal register, he does manage to make a name for himself. Later, Big Smoke gives him a record deal simply so he can launder drug money as a result, with Loc using a rhyme book he stole from Madd Dogg to release an album. Eventually, CJ and Madd Dogg shake him down for royalties, and after leaving the rap business, he is never heard from again, though I'm crossing my fingers that he'll make an appearance in GTA V.
