Bloodborne: 10 Complaints Fans Are Already Sick Of Hearing
7. "The Camera Is Broken"
Now here's a one that does have an allowance for validity, the camera that's permanently bolted to your back does end up causing your death a few times, especially if you get snagged on some part of the world geometry just as a particularly screen-filling demon is bearing down on you. Still, regular Souls-vets will know the importance of constantly rotating the viewpoint, switching up your lock-on to attack multiple enemies in one combo and most importantly never standing still for any length of time unless you're absolutely SURE there's nothing chasing after you (or there's a lovely view on the horizon). Bloodborne's view is supposed to be tight and claustrophobic to a certain degree, it forces you to get stuck into the gritty, blood n' mud-caked world FromSoft have designed. But the go-to complaint of "But the camera is totally broken" just isn't the case, instead if you find yourself cramped and stuck in a section of the world it's more than likely because you tried to dodge in the wrong direction and ended up there yourself.
