1. ICR-7
Returning from Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, the ICR-7 is the bane of every multiplayer aficionado's existence. In fact, it was so powerful that it was among the first of Black Ops 4’s weapons to see a significant nerf. Despite this, it remains the most ubiquitous multiplayer gun in the game, and that doesn’t seem to be changing any time soon.
Powerful, accurate at all ranges, and sporting a moderately high rate of fire, the ICR-7 is, in the minds of most casual players, the best gun in the game. The best aspect of this assault rifle is that it is available to all players immediately. While some comparatively weaker weapons are locked behind 40 to 50 levels of grinding, players can start chewing through enemies with this thing from the start.
Weapon balance can be a difficult thing t get right, and Treyarch has mostly done a good job with Black Ops 4—particularly when compared to years past. However, the ICR-7 could still do with a slight nerf or perhaps a vastly higher level requirement.
