Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare Review - 6 Ups & 6 Downs

2. Kit Harington Is Barely In It

One of the game's big selling points to many was the presence of Game of Thrones star Kit Harington as the campaign's villain, Admiral Salen Kotch.

Unfortunately, fans of Jon Snow himself should brace themselves for disappointment, because not only is his character basically totally bland and lacking in any, well, character, but he only gets around 30 minutes of "screen time" throughout the core campaign.

Given how brilliantly Kevin Spacey's acting chops were woven into Advanced Warfare's plot two years ago, it really feels like a missed opportunity here, though it's worth considering that Harington isn't in the same acting league as Spacey (and it really shows).

Furthermore, without delving into spoilers, the resolution to Kotch's role in the game plays as incredibly flat and uninspired, cementing just how poor a villain he is, and arguably even one of the worst in the entire series to date.
