Call Of Duty: WW2 Review - 7 Ups & 3 Downs

5. Headquarters Offers A Neat Social Space

One of the more radical additions to this year's game is the inclusion of Headquarters, a social space somewhat resembling Destiny's Citadel, where players can goof around with 47 fellow soldiers on a Normandy beach.

You can watch other players open loot boxes, open your own, take part in combat training, collect contracts (which upon completion will reward you with XP) and even take part in 1v1 cage matches.

It's a fun little hub to help the time between games pass faster, and honestly, if it's missing from any future CoD games, it'll definitely be missed, as it injects some much-needed personality and fun into a franchise that can so often feel so mechanical and soulless.
