Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fuelled - 8 Ways To Blow The Original Out The Water

The original Crash Team Racing boasted fifteen playable characters, which is nothing you sniff at. However, Crash has such a massive range of characters that unsurprisingly, fans are hoping for a few more this time around.

There’s a few obvious ones in the mix. Komodo Joe features, but brother Moe is absent. And despite being a huge part of the first game and a massive part of the gem collection in the second, N. Brio was not playable while lesser villains like Papu Papu still were.

These days though, with games able to include much more content, fans are hoping that the roster will be fit to burst. Super Smash Brothers just included a Piranha Plant, so anything is possible. There’s been a lot of (mostly ironic) talk of Bash mascot Rilla Roo being included, while lesser spotted characters like Tawna Bandicoot and the Lab Assistant have been touted too.

There’s so many great characters already, but a few more couldn’t hurt. Especially if they offer new challenges to committed players who can already get the best out of the current gang. It might not just be Crash characters there either...
