7. Dark Souls 3 Back-Stabs
Fishing for backstabs was a major problem not only in PVP but also the actual game. It was the easiest way to get consistent high damage and was pretty much a no risk high reward tactic. Circle your enemy and you've got guaranteed damage.
Luckily, they managed to fix backstabs in DS3 by delaying the backstab until the attack actually landed on an enemy, meaning that you were no longer locked in place as soon as the enemy attacked. It made backstabs less consistent, but still a fairly useful tactic.
It would be remiss of FromSoftware to overlook one of the games most glaring issues when they have already come up with a solution. They would have to do a bit of tweaking and give the enemies a little more tracking to compensate, but it would make the game infinitely better.
