Death Stranding: 26 Easter Eggs, Secrets & References You Must Find

4. Twenty Minutes Of Love

In Death Stranding's eighth chapter, you'll end up at Heartman's fancy apartment/research complex, where he'll show off his impressive library of books and movies, in-between taking periodic trips to the Beach, of course.

Though most of the books and movies on Heartman's shelf are fictional, providing cheeky references to the game's events themselves, Heartman briefly holds up the real 1914 movie Twenty Minutes of Love, a silent short film said to be star Charlie Chaplin's directorial debut.

Though the movie's plot has no real links to Death Stranding's own narrative, it's clearly a fond pick for Heartman given that his heart stops every 21 minutes, requiring him to be artificially revived.
