Destiny 2: Ranking All Exotic Weapons From Worst To Best
15. Sturm
An exotic that's heavily reliant on having another specific, and equally mediocre gun equipped to be used correctly? No thanks.
The Sturm is an exotic hand cannon that looks like it was ripped right out of Star Wars, but unfortunately it doesn't shoot lasers. As stated before, for the Sturm to work at it's best you're going to need to equip the Drang, a legendary sidearm. Don't fret though, it's not a random drop as the Sturm is one of the exotic quests you get after finishing the story, so that Drang will be right there as you earn it.
Unfortunately though, the reliance on one another hinders their flexibility. Kills with the Sturm will reload your energy weapons ammo from reserves, while kills with the Drang will boost the precision power of the Sturm until the next reload - and that's about it. It's nothing special and unless you're a fiend for hand cannons and sidearms, it's one you're better off passing on. It's a combo that's not so wombo and is instead pretty tame and therefore not worth the time.
