A new addition to the Dragon Ball extended universe and designed by Akira Toriyama himself, Android 21 fits right in with the rest of the series' iconic cast on an aesthetic level, but assessing her proficiency in combat isn't as easy.
As per her unique ability to absorb and take on the combat characteristics of any individual, 21, in theory, should be incredibly powerful, but due to the way in which the ability is handled in a gameplay sense, her strength differs drastically depending on who's stood opposite in the fighting arena.
If the enemy team is diverse enough that 21 can obtain all three of her devastating Supers - great. If not, then, well, you'll be stuck piloting a vanilla fighter with nothing but a solid natural repotoire to get by with.
