1. Uncharted 4: A Thief's End

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y1Rx-Bbht5E Without a doubt the most exciting reveal of E3 2014 was of Naughty Dog's next entry into the Uncharted series, titled "A Thief's End". The whole Sony press conference had an air of excitement, as the reveal of Uncharted 4 had been something fans were expecting since it was announced by Naughty Dog back in November of 2013. The Naughty Dog logo was met with a thunderous applause, but no one could ever be prepared for what they saw next; the reveal of Drake, looking absolutely stunning, rendered to perfection on PS4 hardware. Naughty Dog came out of the gate swinging, showcasing a world that only their talented team could devise. It was the briefest of brief teases, but it was more than enough to allow them to walk out of E3 as the clear-cut winners. Drake has seen better days, and his question to the audience, "So, what do you think?", had an obvious double meaning regarding the current state of Uncharted. And we all came away from Uncharted thinking one thing; this is the reason to buy a PlayStation 4. It's a definitive system-seller, easily being able to put Sony further ahead in the console race. Everything about the Uncharted 4 reveal is spectacular, from the subtle notions of movement in Drake's animation to the intriguing mystery of just what awaits him in that forest he's about to enter. Drake and Sully hint at a dangerous turn of events for them, and the overall trailer gives off the vibes of Drake's final hours, with a very ominous vibe that is punctuated by some wonderful music to enhance the finality of it all. Whether this actually turns out to be Drake's final adventure remains to be seen, but no matter what, Uncharted 4 came out of E3 as the most jaw-dropping reveal we witnessed. But that wasn't all, as E3 was brimming with other incredible games on display. What was your favourite reveal of E3? Hit the comments and let us know what game at E3 you are the most excited about!
