6. Titanfall 2 Gets A Proper Campaign

One of the show's most impressive presentations was the brief glimpse at Titanfall 2's single-player campaign, a feature that was loudly requested by fans after it was essentially absent from the first game.

The trailer emphasises the bond between the player and their Titan, with the robot having an Optimus Prime-esque personality and taking any necessary steps to protect the pilot.

Many are already predicting that the mech may sacrifice itself to save the pilot at the end of the game, but this "boy and his dog" approach to the campaign could really help to further distinguish the franchise from other futuristic shooters out there.

Sure, the campaign could still be low-effort garbage, but this sneak peak suggests plenty of intense gunplay, an insane sense of verticality and an unexpected devotion to the "character development" of your Titan.
