E3 2017: 22 Jaw-Dropping Video Game Reveals You Need To Know About

22. Assassin's Creed Origins

We knew it was coming, you knew it was coming, but save for Ubisoft sharing an Assassin's Creed logo over their Facebook, AC Origins was yet to be seen until the conferences were underway.

Thankfully, Ubi knew they had to knock every aspect of the game's presentation out the park, detailing a staggering 12 major changes to the game's formula, and - judging by the incredibly positive reception it's received online - re-establishing Assassin's Creed in the minds of any naysayers.

Mid-air bow and arrow combat, chain-kills, camel-riding and a whole new combat system - it just goes on and on. Yes, the overall production could still do with an uptick in animation quality, but as for allaying fears surrounding if Ubisoft would know how to deliver an instalment that's on the right track, this was a resounding success.
