7. Life Is Strange Is Getting A Prequel Mini-Series

Those recent concept art leaks turned out to be 100% correct: Life is Strange has a three-episode prequel mini-series, called Before the Storm, on the way and due to drop its first instalment on August 31st.

The game will presumably document Chloe's earlier life without Max before the original game took place, and while it could end up feeling like an unnecessary affectation, the limited episode order at least suggests it's not going to be an overly excessive cash-grab.

Place your bets now on whether that cringe-worthy dialogue has been tightened up or made even more cringe-worthy, though...
