2. Where The Hell Was Final Fantasy VII Remake?

Though recent reports do suggest that Final Fantasy VII Remake is still a long way off from releasing even the first of its three planned episodes, it still would've been reassuring for fans to see a new trailer or brief snippet of gameplay.

After all, with the game apparently being significantly overhauled last year due to a major personnel shift behind the scenes, there's justifiable fan anxiety that the ambitious retelling could become yet another Square Enix game that takes far too long to release and ultimately disappoints.

Well, the company did nothing to quell those fears during their showcase, neither showing any footage from the game nor even mentioning it. Much like The Avengers Project, it could perhaps make an appearance during Sony's E3 show, but it's probably best to expect nothing and maybe, just maybe, get pleasantly surprised.
