3. A Breath Of The Wild Sequel Is In Development
While it may not seem like it, Breath of the Wild released over two years ago now, which frankly seems insane.
The title was a welcome breath of fresh air for the Zelda series, with the game well and truly bringing the franchise into the present, incorporating mechanics and a large open world to rival the best western RPGs like the Elder Scrolls or The Witcher. With such improvements, the game was lauded as the best 2017 had to offer, and many held it up as the best game in the series - a truly staggering achievement.
As such, the news that a sequel is currently in development is massive and incredibly exciting for fans of the original Breath of the Wild - as if it's even as half as good as that game, then players will have a real treat on their hands.
