It certainly seems that rather than examining the footage of Mark Hunt€™s UFC career, EA Sports simply just gave him one of the worst ratings in the game based on his atrocious MMA record of 9-8. His history in the sport may seem so bad that it warrants his rating as one of the worst fighters in the game but since coming over to the UFC the 265-lb Samoan has looked like a killer. Hunt€™s kickboxing record of 30-13 should be enough to validate the fact that he is one of the 265-lb division€™s premier strikers but despite this he has been given an average stand-up stat of 89. Since his renaissance in the UFC, Hunt has scored two exceptional highlight reel knockouts against Stefan Struve and Cheick Kongo. He also managed to get a draw against Antonio €˜Bigfoot€™ Silva who was later found to have been using testosterone enhancers in what was arguably one of the most epic fights of 2013. Ridiculously the man who needed to cheat to get a draw against the Super Samoan is rated as being the superior fighter. Fans are clamouring to see a clash of Mark Hunt against Roy Nelson to see who the UFC€™s best €˜doughy€™ fighter is. We fully expect Hunt €“ who is unfairly rated as the inferior fighter €“ to have his hand raised against Big Country.
